Not perhaps describing the city as a whole, but Gomorra is real enough that Roberto Saviano (the author) has to live with 24/7 bodyguards until his last day.
And the book is great. The movie maybe not so.
Saviano has never received any serious death threats in his whole life, beside a few, probably fake, phone calls.
Trust me, if the organized crime really wanted him dead, he would have been already killed. Sicilian mafia has killed much more powerful and well defended persons than him.
Also the sephardi Jew Saviano is a plagiarist and earned plenty of shnekels from his books.

Tourism is about business.
EXPO 2015 is going to attract more than 20,000,000 tourists from about 150 different countries.

Milan is going to host EXPO 2015, so you are completely wrong.
I'm not wrong. I am not understood, many times people look at me in silence with only one eye...but ...better do not talk about myself, as well we could run off topic even worse.. there is a risk that some tears fall
if you find driving around Milan "insane", you should never try to drive in Rome or in Naples... Milan has just a problem with traffic.
