Not by their ethnicity or features, but probably by attire and stance. Spanish people in Portugal look like being on speed and Portuguese on Valium. Many Spanish people you see in Portugal look very gaudy, noisy and arrogant, just a constrat in character, packs of Spanish Rednecks and Madrileños that love to brag and are a pain, quite a shame, at least in Coimbra, a place I visit frequently.

So you think blue eyes are just as common in the south? Even if so, the facial structure is what differs most to me. Portuguese especially have a distinct facial structure.
