Well you can eaisly point out who is Ethnic or non Ethnic German unless its a very related ethnic group and even then there are differences, for example Ethnic danes have generally smaller noses than Ethnic Germans, even my danish friends have pointed out this general difference.
What are you talking about? There are no central urban areas in Western Europe without a Muslim presence. Something tells me you're an American right winger who hasn't even been to Europe. The trend across Europe is conservative? From the same people who love their state funded healthcare insurance?
Southern Europe makes its money via tourism significantly and via foreign investment, of course they lovemulticulturalism. And I live in Southern Europe btw.
It does not really matter what some people think, and this is true all over the world, including in the US itself. The US states with the biggest economies are those that attract people and money from all around the world, and that will continue to happen.
Given the fact that Italian parties The League, and Five Star Movement both anti-immigration, are currently forming a government, it looks like love is on the rocks. At least for Italy anyway.
Unreal Germans, according to you, but their presence is real, their number increase daily, you can't stop it and they're not going anywhere. They won't be eternal guests, whether you like it or not. In 300 years from now, do you really believe people are going to say "They're not real Germans"?

It depends.
If the numbers of real Germans will continue to dwindle down, while immigrants numbers will keep on increasing, there will be nothing left of Germany, and this question will simply not make any sense any longer.

Many non-Viking looking people in Germany were born there and speak German, why can't they be "real Germans" too?
Except the women on the left (missing here), they are not even European but Turk/Kurd, Arabs and African.
Rand Rajab (whom I guessed a Kurd) is a Syrian refugee, she does not even have German passport, I didn't google the others.

An average intelligent person can tell apart an Arab from an European as proven above - none of them is German as evidenced by their names, Germans are Europeans, not Arabs.
