I think he is saying get rid of Russians like the Baltics did as in Russian control over their territory. Estonia has Russian people but not Russian government control over part of their country. This is an obvious goal, but the way to achieve it won't be easy or the way many of them hope for.
So what do you think happened here, what are the reasons that things didn't happen in the same way as in Estonia?
I guess Alec is in favor of ethnic cleansing/ forced migration, Estonia only for Estonians, Ukraine only for Ukrainians, and Russia only for Russians/mongol horde
Not exactly. If you wanna be citizen of Ukraine/Estonia etc, then you can respect this state, culture and language.

There is many nations, black, Arabic, Latinos people, but nobody want to reconnect state of Ukraine to Nigeria, Morocco or Ecuador for example.

Lots of things are different here of course, but the main one is Estonia did it when Russia was powerless to stop it. And Estonia was just trying to actively break from Russia, dreams of an EU or NATO alliance were not in the equation then. I would also add that Estonia had at the time more internal popular support to do this.

Its a cohesive nation. If the Russians invade, they will defend themselves to the last drop of blood.
