yes the burden of proof is on the Russian state to show they are drug smugglers. Maybe the translation to English was off, but the Russian version I very easily understood that they were (maybe gay) tourists who went to see the cathedral, and skipped stonehedge because of supposedly muddy conditions.
What I'd like to know, is do you guys actually believe your own lies? I don't know any Russians who believe what the state tells them, but they don't repeat propaganda on websites for a living either.
