What really concerns me is the potential for conflict. Possibly wide spread conflict and even out right civil war in Ukraine. This decision was passed down and allowed for a reason.
Don't know about civil war, but I see a lot of concerns on FB regarding these events ( particularly the spike in activities of Uki nazis.) It's widely discussed both on Ukrainian and Russian sites - both religious and and regular ones.
And here is yet another proof that American politicians are all over the place behind it.

Where did he get the money, while coming from a poor, single parent family ( his mother rents an apartment somewhere in town.)

Have no idea about him, but for note, the average salary and GDP in general are official numbers, but Russia has a huge black market economy that is not calculated into this, but at least they semi-officially credited it with the fast, miraculous economic recovery from the 90's crisis.
