My mileage is down now due to the snow and ice. Currently 15-20 miles per week. I'm going to try adding some snowshoe running to raise the weekly mileage a bit.
When the weather is decent I average 35-45 miles a week.
I have been running for about 6yrs now and at this point I run about 45-55 miles per week. I have ran up to 70 miles per week training for some of the 50ks I have ran but for me is not the norm . I do include some weight training but running is my passion.
I don't run at all. But I walk a minimum of three miles a day while my SO runs.
