I run about 14-15 miles a week; walk about 16 miles a week (at my job). Grand total is around 30 miles a week between the two.

Running is just a warm-up for me, so I picked 4-8 miles. That's a guess!

3-5 miles per run for 4 days out of the week. Wish I could do more, but I refuse to wake up early to exercise and a few days out of the week I'm out really late.

It varies a lot depending on how often I'm late or miss the bus!

I'm an avid runner but I gotta admit I cutdown a bit on my cardio during the winter, since I usually like to bulk-up a bit and cut my cardio (and eat more too!) during the Winter. From April to around early November I'll to around 20 miles a week, but I'd say I've only been doing half that for the past 6 weeks or so.
Living in Austin, I can't rightly use cold, lousy winter weather as an excuse for running less during this time of year--Hell, it's usually in the low 60's, which is great running weather. But what can I say? I just like to bulk-up a bit and hit the weights more in the winter. (And I think our natural physiology is conducive to this regimen, anyway, since our metabolism slows a bit when it gets colder.) But keep in mind that "bulking up" for me is no big deal, as my summer weight is around 172-175 and my winter weight might be around 180! LOL.

I'm doing 27-28 miles per week right now, trying to increase by about 10% every 2-3 weeks for a couple of months longer, with the hope of being marathon ready in late spring. I'm really not doing any other kind of workout right now, my rest days are pretty much just rest and stretching.

It depends on what stage I am with my Marathon Training plan. Some weeks aren't too bad and there are some that are quite crazy. I always follow a Half Marathon or Marathon plan. I just have to have a goal - I am not going to run just for the heck of it! I would say my average is probably 20 miles a week.
