Also did incline bench press, bicep curls, and leg press.

yeah, I left 135lbs on the bar for the next person...

Standing dumbbell shoulder presses-4 setsx8 reps

6 ways-5 sets x 6 reps

Scott presses-8 sets x 8 reps

Bent over dumbbell rear lateral raises-4 sets x10 reps

I did a "pull" workout today, culminating in two sets of 105x10 dumbbell rows, and a dumbbell curl drop set of 50x9 + 33x9, PRs both.

I will do my basement circuit

I have a bench of two hundred lbs

I have a total gym (think Christie Brinkley and chuck Norris)
and a 90lb barbell

I will do 18 benches (200lbs) then 15 , then 12 then 10
25 chest flies on he total gym
12 curls and military press (what we called it yrs ago) 90lbs

do this 4 times
without rest in between (well, not much rest)

im over 50, and if I can keep doing this ... I will
