hm did some cardio on thread mill, then rope, push ups, pull ups, and sit ups i like to keep in shape but avoid gyms and i have no clue why that is, i am not shy or something. but when i think of going to the gym i feel like nah why go to a gym to work out i might aswell do it at home

Went easy today. Played Nintendo Wii with the family! Last week of the year coming up everyone. One last push into the new year. Finish strong and start stronger.
