Why do some people hate breast implants? (dying, brown, braids)

Liposuction is bad also IMO.

As for breast reductions, I don't care really. If it causes back pain, then duh, why not get it removed?

Look, don't get in a fret because people think cosmetic surgery denotes weakness/lack of confidence.
