Dating and wifing a woman are different animals. If she looked good and had a bunch of tattoos it's no problem but to marry? I'm not a fan of them. It would be an issue.
how do you use attractive and tattoo in the same sentence? Really.
Because it's a personal preference of attraction. Some people find them attractive, and some do not. Personally, I don't, but I'd say the majority of my friends do, so you can't exactly consider it "unusual".

you are allowed to bang girls multiple times without dating them. I guess I mean more of a serious relationship. if im banging a girl multiple times, Id take her out to dinner. nothing too fancy, maybe Panera or qdoba. I don't want to take her some place fancy and make her thing there is a chance for something long term.
As a guy, no I wouldn't. I don't think I would date a girl even if she only had two. They are distasteful and trashy on girls.
