At what age is it appropriate to let girls start wearing "sexy" things?

I would say teenage years and it should be encouraged. Over the top sexy shouldn't be required, but modesty shouldn't be pushed. Our whole culture should realize female modesty=male control and domination. Telling a girl not to wear a sexy outfit is one step away from requiring them to wear a burka. It's the same mindset. More than anything girls should be socialized not to dress frumpy.

The thing is with the right body, a girl can look sexy in a long dress up to the neck with no split or open back... sexy doesnt need to be slappersaurus, I had a friend at school and she looked sexy even in her uniform;... its horrible tacky clothes that should be discouraged
