What's on tonight's dinner menu? 2013 version! (catfish, KFC, beer, barbeque)

Grilling out tonight. Ribeyes, grilled pineapple, baked potatoes, Caesar salad and Texas toast. Sweet iced tea to drink and watermelon for dessert.

Hubby decided to use his new charcoal grill, so we had grilled steak with baked potatoes and a green salad

A bowl of Mennonite summer borscht (made with sorrel and buttermilk), homemade bread and butter, and a little later we'll have homemade butter pecan ice cream, made from a custard with lots of eggs and cream.

Picked up smoked pulled pork from Whole Foods and making Sweet Potato fries right now. We finally got our grill yesterday so tomorrow its STEAKS...YYYUUUUUMMMMMMMMM
