Actually no sweetie. It takes about 10 minutes to brown the turkey. You add everything into a pot and heat it after that. The pie takes maybe 10 minutes as well to prepare. It takes longer to set in the fridge.

Oh my the way you worded it I thought you were expecting royalty hence me thinking it was nearly an all day effort LOL.
But glad you could enjoy something like that with minimal time spent
Really easy tonight, I threw a chuck roast in the slow cooker last night with homemade giardiniera, broth and seasonings, I have French rolls and we are going to have Chicago-style Italian beef sandwiches, french fries, coleslaw and raspberry iced tea. I was going to make some oatmeal raisin cookies for dessert but then "marital duties called" and I went a runnin!
DH requested spaghetti (which he does every week, I just get tired of it that often) so dinner will be spaghetti, green salad, some garlic cheese toast. I love that cheese toast. Would be happy with just that and the salad.
Grilled mahi mahi with a garlic-sea salt sauce, lemony rice with scallions, steamed broccoli, and toasted garlic bread. Dessert is angel food cake topped with vanilla ice cream and blueberries.
Grilled salmon with a lime garlic butter sauce, garlic smashed potatoes, and a salad of baby spinach, tomatoes and feta. A crusty loaf of French bread and a glass of wine.
Strawberry short cake for desert.
Good heavens! I'm torn between SXMGirl's meal and this one. Oh well, I guess I could choke down two meals then.
