Welp,
my bottle of Pearl City Bridge Soy Sauce infused with mushroom came in the post today.

So it is Veggie Lo Mein tonight.

My wife was after me to break out the old Wok...

Julienned boy choy, celery, carrots, bamboo shoots, snow peas, scallions and fresh bean sprouts.
Asian noodles.

You know that lovely smokey taste in Fried Rice/Lo Mein from good Asian places? The mushroom infusion really kicks in that smokey authentic taste.

This stuff fills the bill...along with some added Sesame oil.. I can come pretty close... //www.city-data.com/forum/membe...ce-infused.jpg
Makes a mighty fine Lo Mein.

A modest chilled Riesling ( 14 Hands from Washington State ) $13.99 .

Green Tea Ice Cream and Fortune cookies for dessert.
