Roasted the cauliflower to perfection in a pyrex casserole dish, took it out of the oven and added a can of tomatoes.. Kaboom.. the casserole dish exploded into a thousand pieces
Hot casserole dish and room temperature can of Tomatoes. i thought Pyrex could handle such temperature fluctuations,i'm ok but clean up will take a while..
