I regret there's no hopeful canine in the background of the picture. Make the lasagna look a little lonesome.

The vintage bread knife belonged to my maternal grandmother and is one of my precious kitchen tools. Make the slices taste like love!

Four bites of leftover crockpot beef & I drank the juice. They're trying to kill me at my new job... worked 56-hrs this wk & still have 12 more tomorrow. I need a new job... another new one, I mean. Until then, I'm living on coffee & water & hate.

Hot casserole dish and room temperature can of Tomatoes. i thought Pyrex could handle such temperature fluctuations,i'm ok but clean up will take a while..

last night was cabbage marinara with pears for dessert.
