I am gently heating up a vacuum sealed roasted turkey breast in gravy, mashed potatoes, stove top stuffing kicked up with sautéed celery and onion, and opening a can of whole berry cranberry sauce.
Today is our 20 year anniversary. We had New York Steaks, Twice baked potato casserole, and Lemon Berry Marscapone cake, and sweet dessert wine to drink. Overall a delicious meal.

We finished off our left over spaghetti and garlic buttered toast. Glass of moscato. Water.
Tonight a baked pasta dish with whole grain farfalle, roasted eggplant, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, garlic, white wine and red pepper flakes. And pinot noir wine to drink.
I went to make the pot roast and it required 3-4 hours of cooking! I looked at it at 5pm, lol. So tonight I'll start it around 3:30. Should make the house smell great!
