tonight will be bone in chicken thighs on the grill and spaghetti with marinara sauce and lots of grated Romano cheese.

Dinner: **** My special potato salad, chicken breast and corn-on-cob on the grill

Cabbage, kielbasa and potato skillet. Light on the potatoes, heavy on the cabbage & serrano peppers. Spinach salad with tomatoes.

Alm, that recipe looks great. I've made butter chicken before but only using bottled curry from the supermarket.

Tonight I used my air fryer (Dawn should be proud ) and made 1 chicken thigh, bone in, skin on. (I can eat 1-1/2 if they're boneless and skinless, but have to limit myself to one if I'm eating the skin. But chicken thighs are gigantic these days -- anyone else notice that? So I don't exactly feel deprived!)



I used Tone's rosemary-garlic seasoning on the chicken and air-fried it for 21 minutes (flipping it about halfway). The veggies were as usual just done on the stovetop. Everything was so good. I texted a picture to my sister (she's almost 3,000 miles away) and told her she needs to come visit ... she agreed ...
