Hi Alm! Oh how I love German beers! I'm always trying something new, as you know. Right now I have German beer and Belgium beer on hand. Enjoy your evening! Prosit!
Alm, that recipe looks great. I've made butter chicken before but only using bottled curry from the supermarket.
Tonight I used my air fryer (Dawn should be proud ) and made 1 chicken thigh, bone in, skin on. (I can eat 1-1/2 if they're boneless and skinless, but have to limit myself to one if I'm eating the skin. But chicken thighs are gigantic these days -- anyone else notice that? So I don't exactly feel deprived!)
I used Tone's rosemary-garlic seasoning on the chicken and air-fried it for 21 minutes (flipping it about halfway). The veggies were as usual just done on the stovetop. Everything was so good. I texted a picture to my sister (she's almost 3,000 miles away) and told her she needs to come visit ... she agreed ...
