What’s for Dinner

We've still got pizza and I made BBQ Sloppy Joe mix from some of the leftover fixin's. Made cole slaw and roasted two elk roasts for sandwiches.

I just took a hazelnut cake out of the oven.Once cooled down I will decorate it with a chocolate coffee icing and topped with shaved chocolate......

Tonight baked salmon with garlic,lemon,herbs and served with baked potato,steamed broccoli and onions.To drink lemon water.For dessert 1/2 a red grapefruit.

Sea scallops… Just recently caught.
With blueberry wine I will pan sear the scallops.

pan fried boneless skinless thighs for hubby, also making asparagus. Not sure what I am having because I am still recovering from Food poisoning. I have been eating light since Tuesday.

Beef/pork burgers with the works including buns that are about to in the oven. Bavarian potatoe salad, rabbit food. Crown Black, snicker poodles.

Onion/cheese/mushroom/spinach tart using puff pastry, asparagus with dijon vinaigrette.
Dessert: orange upside-down cake (in oven now)
