pulled out some leftover Thanksgiving turkey & dressing from the freezer, will add fresh roasted zucchini to round things out, pears with cinnamon for dessert

SO asked for Sugo with mushrooms and garlic bread.

Tonight black urad beans and tomato sauce with egg noodles and a soft buttered Pretzel.To drink Löwenbräu.For dessert 1/2 a pink grapefruit.

Sauté in olive oil chopped carrots,celery,onions,garlic cloves
add tomato paste,diced tomatoes and white wine
add half cooked black urad beans with vegetable broth,stir and add oregano,salt/black pepper and cook gently until done.Serve with egg noodles.

Bro will be in town so we're going to a local dive bar that gets rave reviews for wings. My bf doesn't eat them so this is perfect time!
