Yummy!! We had a late burger from A&W and was supposed to be bacon cheeseburger. No bacon I could find! It had mayo in it too! Barf! I use it in BLT's but a burger with mayo here is a sissy burger! We had fries and Cheese bombers or whatever they call them.

Today will be something light and easy since I'll already have leftover spaghetti with sausage goulash for lunch.
Probably fresh bread w/ different kinds of cheese and sausage. Maybe some peppers stuffed with cream cheese, a little fruit...

Both meals sound delicious!!!

I was totally boring... Keilbasa with sharp aged cheddar on a bun and steamed broccoli and asparagus with soy sauce mixed with mayo. I think the soy sauce mixed with mayo is a Japanese American thing. I grew up on it and I can't eat most steamed veggies with out it!

I haven't been able to make myself cook a decent meal since the in-laws left... I'm all cooked out!

Tonight we will be having pan steaks with fresh mushrooms over it, red potatoe salad that I am making now, watermelon cut up and cucumbers with sugar. The cucumbers in sugar is one of my DH favorite ways to eat cucumbers. I had never heard of it but it's pretty good.
