This week's dinner selections will include one night with a veggie plate (boiled squash, peas, greens, and cherry tomatoes), and other nights with chicken taquitos, tilapia, and hamburger steaks made with Nolan Ryan beef. The steaks will be served with brown gravy and scalloped potatoes.

Have yourself a wonderful week at the dinner table, and bon appetit!

"Russells Fish Stew". I got the recipe online. I was worried about it at first, to me it smelt 'odd' during cooking, but it was.....beeeeyooootiful! Good ol' bread pudding with (very carefully measured) rum sauce for dessert.

Fish, fries, and hushpuppies.

I'm off a few days and can afford the fish smell in my home for a few days!
