this is great news, hopefully this isn't Cleopatra 2.0 with their "plans" never coming to fruition.

Three reasons why you shouldn't be pessimistic about this project this time around:

- A new developer is involved
- Other Lancaster Corridor projects are beginning. Either planned, breaking ground, or currently under construction
- The Hemphill-Lamar connector is under construction.

I've always said it, these lots are prime location for either townhomes, (which is what I honestly prefer. something like this http://www.propertyadvisorsnyc.com/w...-Townhomes.jpg) or a brick high rise like this http://www.uptowndallas.net/Uptown/f...409e9315ae.png with pedestrian friendly store front restaurant space and an underground parking garage. A hotel unfortunately will only take away from the area's potential. It's as bad as building a Wal Mart lol. But oh well I guess, if only I had a million dollars.
