If I were Black (African American) and wanted to move I would like to live in a City or town that is dominated by people like me. What is the nicest City or town that is dominated by African American people?
DC or Baltimore. Their is a high-crime rate in both but 95% of it is contained to certain areas. Both areas are integrated and all races can choose any area that they wish to live in.

I strongly disagree because the nice areas of both Cities are in the non black areas.
Drive or walk through Ashburton in Baltimore: one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city. Most of Baltimore and DC are fairly integrated. The nicer areas tend to have a higher concentration of non-blacks but there are African-Americans in practically every neighborhood and I never hear of crap being done to them like in other cities.
Ladera Heights, California.Miramar, Florida (actually, many black people in the town are West Indian). Many suburbs of Dekalb County, GA. Missouri City, TX.
I think that Tuskegee, Alabama is a great majority black town with friendly people. My son attended college at Tuskegee University and I was very impressed with the rich Black History of the town and how friendly the blacks were in the town. Also, both Booker T. Washington and George Washington Carver lived in Tuskegee. Tuskegee University Campus a National Historic Site and one of the most beautiful campuses I have ever seen.
