I couldn't finish the first video. Sounds like he's trying to talk with a London accent rapping over a UK drill beat, while dressing like he's from Chicago, lol.
Cambridge is a nice place but if you broke and live there? you might want to trap some. No one wants to street beef in Cambridge too many resources. Most of the issue in Cambridge historically stems from homeless/vagrants,/drug addicts, Bar fights and muggings (rich college students)- not gang activity. Some of that activity has surged again in Central square over the past few years.

There's 1 or 2 good rappers from there but overall their quality is low compared to Boston Worcester or Brockton. The main cities for talent in MA

Heres some Brockton People:

This puts the " Cincinnati is Southern or Midwestern" debate to rest. If you told me an Atlanta rapper made this I wouldn't doubt you for a second. It's like Southern with some East Coast sprinkled in which defines the city pretty well.
Cincinnati hip hop has definitely been influenced by the south more than any other region.

However, it has created this "no-mans land" for breakout talent to emerge between Cincinnati, Columbus, and Indianapolis.

Yeah, I'm definitely hearing a lot of southern influence for sure. Dope tracks though.

More Philadelphia rap.

2 of them use the same beat because it's a diss towards each other.

Really liked the beat on this one, lotta drill influence but a little more finesse:

Resume at 18:28 and Woody at 21:05, two of the very best songs to ever come out of Boston IMO

Lil Rich is an excellent producer from Lowell. He's also a songwriter. Works with YG and BIA alot. Childhood friends with the Clippers' Terance Mann. Ironically both Lil Rich (Harlem) and Mann (Brooklyn) were born in NYC but moved to Lowell as toddlers. Lil Rich lives in LA (as does BIA) now.

This is an old-school Boston track from a group called the Street Poets (1995). They had individual tracks and group traclks. This is an individual by the name of Polecat.
