Which do you think is/are the most generic, undistinctive, 'anytown USA' cities in America?
Are we just a tiny bit obsessed with the U.S.?
I have a suggestion...all of the Americans who are tired of this guy and others like him go to the Australia section and start a bunch of inane, offensive threads about Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and any other city that comes to mind? That would be FUN!
I nominate Denver, Colorado as the Most Generic City in the U.S.
Honestly, can anybody on this entire forum name something that is unique to Denver? They have no regional cuisine to speak of. They have no style of architecture associated with the city. The natives don't speak with an accent. The city is in the Center politically, not Far-Left like Boulder or Far-Right like CO Springs. There is nothing special about Denver, it's like Orlando, minus the theme parks.
LIAR...
Denver voted 75% for Obama
The cheese burger was first trade marked in Denver
I think Denver could be one of the most non-regional cities in terms of identity, but it kind of represents the Inland West, so definitely has it's place.
Atlanta has CNN, The Weather Channel, Coca-Cola, an enormous aquarium, was a host city for the Olympics, and has three distinctive skylines that will form a "mega-skyline" when they eventually merge as the city continues to densify. It also has some of the most disgusting generic suburbs I've ever seen from Google Earth!

Yes because of its location to Pueblo Denver is certainly special
