While not going into all the reasons that education is unequal - Black graduations rates are going up across the board. And in case you were unaware, unemployment rates for black people - at every eduction level - are 2x white people. So while "education" helps, it doesn't lift all tides.
Like I said: it's way more complex that what I or even your link suggests.

You have just been watching too much TV and bought into stereotypes that black people don't care about education.
That's funny - I don't watch TV. But I have listen to black leaders say otherwise - particularly to the degree that they did care more prior to the Civil Rights movement. Many black youths despise becoming part of the white system.

Lack of wealth is a key driver for lack of investment. One huge challenge is that investors expect you to raise a "friends and family" round before you get any investment. Obviously in order to raise that, you need friends and family with wealth to share. And black wealth is very low since there hasn't been generational wealth to pass down (hello racist housing policy!).
Again, it's way more complex that what I or even your link suggests. How many years do you need with community reinvestment acts and giving other monies to minorities? Sometimes it is just the attitude of those needing help that hold them back. The effects of racist policies that have been done away with and countered with numerous programs and leader's promises can only last so long as you want it to if that is a political agenda to maintain RACISM as a constant on only CONSTANT over the decade of social and legal change.

It is also hard to take a risk to start something if you don't have a support system like family wealth or even a spare basement or couch to live in while you are working on your next idea. It isn't uncommon for black college students (and professionals) at all levels to also support other family members in addition to themselves, while in school and working. So there is no quitting your day job to focus on your side hustle.
And yet the black family as a whole is worse than it was prior to Civil Rights. But that is the whites fault as well - it will always be. And yet you constantly cry for us to be the ones to change it - maybe instead of looking to the racist white man you just start to get your $hi^ together and stop the racist politics of your leaders.
Just saying!

Every job has sanctioned training and social norms. The social norms for the police are unofficially "look out for black and latinos, they are troublemakers. Spend more time there, and monitor everything,"
I got one from Strava(running app) and remember getting another email them just a few months ago that had a pic of their staff that was pretty much all white dudes. So that gave me a chuckle...
Agree that they should just stay out of it, but I think they also are in the tough position that if they don't do anything, they might get #cancelled.
I have seen some supporting BLM.
And I think how disgusting they would encourage more blacks killed.
They are just preying on the simple minded that dont understand.
All lives are valuable. The stats prove Police kill more whites than blacks.
And the demand of BLM was less policing. Just in Baltimore alone. Since BLM the black on black killings has skyrocketed.
There is now 1K more killed each year.
What a waste of lives and most of these people had families and children.
But anyone had to expect that. But they wanted to be able to get away with more crime.
So with the same increase in other cites about 10K each year as a direct result of BLM.
But who cares? Certainly not blacks. Seen any protest for these lives?
Disgusting to only show concern for one life since they can get some benefit from that. And dont mind sacrificing thousands more.
Media cant say anything for fear of being called a racist.
But feel free to look up the stats.

Donald Trump, his father, and Trump Org. were all sued for housing discrimination in the 1970s. It was DONALD who handled that housing business. He wouldn't rent apts to Af. Americans. The Trumps settled & paid a lot of money. (I worked as a litigation paralegal for decades; I can tell you that that means the Trumps lost, which means the case against them was so good that the Trumps felt compelled to pay millions to settle, w/o admission of guilt.)
Just look at the people in the W.H. Or the Republican part of the Senate. They're almost all white males, most are older. But it's true that they aren't wearing t-shirts that declare "Racist" on them.
Trump definitely is racist. The list of things he's said & done are too long to list here. And you'll never admit it. But I bet David Duke and those so-called "fine people" who marched in Charlottesville with Tiki Torches would say that heck yeah he's racist & should be proud of it.
This is trollbait, fake news that has been debunked many times, including in this very thread. Take this down, or else debate the points others have already raised!

This is what you said:
Officers are trained to act more aggressively towards black people no matter the context, to spend disproportionate time stopping and frisking and so on.
So, I guess you meant subconscious and unspoken training - wink wink.
