I wonder why the Marriott sign is only on one side of the building. I've noticed that for years. They only have it on the west side of the building at the top.

I posted a picture showing them testing the land, so I’m guessing 99% that has something to do with it.
No one seemed to notice it, considering this is pretty important.

Hopefully one of these announcements is about the timeline or even more details about Carroll South of the Ballpark.
