I still think it should come down for new development that is in harmony with everything that's going up around it. If not, gut it to its steel frame and at least reskin it.
Progress being made on foundation work at the city deck for Carroll South of the Ballpark.
Greenway at Stadium Park and Carroll at Bellemeade apartments.
Viewed from the 11th floor of the Marriott. They really do need to clean the windows lol.
Greensboro Coliseum and Sheraton/Koury Convention Center circled.
Progress being made of the parking deck of the Hampton was and Suites.
CN Hotels of Greensboro developed this hotel as well as the Hampton Inn in downtown Winston-Salem which looks a little different but both are identical in size. Not being bias but I like the Greensboro design better with the different use of materials for the facade and the black awnings on the street level floor. I like the structural design on the front better as well. It's a more urban design. The Winston-Salem hotel looks more like a brick cladded suburban design.
Thanks for the updates. I was surprised to see how much dirt they've moved at the Eugene St. deck since it's hard to tell driving by because of the fence.

That 10 days is almost up, originally I thought they’d place a new bid by now, but it looks like the property will go to the Winston developers.
Not according to the article to you linked to:
"But the new owner of the Guilford County building may not be determined until well into next year.
Robin Keller, clerk to the board at Guilford County, told Triad Business Journal that a new 10-calendar-day (not including holidays) upset bid process would begin sometime in early January.
Keller said transparency is of utmost importance to the county, so it didn't want the new upset bidding time period to include the holidays."
Yeah, as I understand it each time a bid comes in there's a ten day extension to allow any more offers. So I guess the process could be over soon or it could last quite a bit longer depending on how bad these various parties want the building.

I was Damn sure it would be Novare group, but I guess that meeting was simply just that, a meeting.
