Westin site starting to finally show progress, we will definitely see this going vertical soon. I spoke to a construction worker last time I was at the site and he said there will be two tower cranes, one working on the Westin hotel and the other working on the parking deck portion.

That's foundation work going on. Clearly not just moving dirt around. Construction had definitely started. Will be nice seeing those tower cranes. I can see from my apartment so it will be nice to see the daily progress at my door step.
6 story building looks a little tall. I just wish developers would get more creative with architecture.
Like I said, only render I could find. To be honest it looks pretty old, so I’m sure they probably updated the design like Carroll did for belle Meade.
Have they discussed what the retail portion will be? That’s the perfect opportunity for a urban target or something along those lines.
As far as Carroll South of the Ballpark, I would hope they add retail since Roy Carroll didn't add retail at Carroll at Bellemeade. An urban Target would be great.
