Definitely. I remember frequently visiting the one on Laurens Road back in my younger days.

Yeah when I worked at Verdae Market Fair I ate at that one all the time. There is one at Fort Jackson. There are few around GA. Seems like mostly near Bases.

Duke Sandwhich Company on Congaree has a for lease sign in the window and the location is no longer listed on the Duke website.

The prices grew and the sandwiches didn't. They were a great novelty back in the day for tailgating, camping, etc. You could stop in and get 20 of them for about $20. But $3 for a single slice of ham and cheese? Plus they quit selling hot dogs lol.

The one on Poinsett is still going strong. They have expanded to a great line of premium sandwiches and soups. They do sell hotdogs too. Good food at decent prices.

I thought they were really good.. Up until they were bought by McDonalds. And they went down after that. I know McD's has divested them, but I haven't tried one since then.. Mainly because there are none left around here.

Wasn't ever a huge fan of the chicken, but they had some good sides.
