McAlister’s Deli and Tropical Smoothie Cafe moving into newest mini strip being built across from the Culver’s in Duncan. And in the old Fuddruckers spot attached to current Starbucks there at exit63 is becoming a small Prisma urgent care.
That's really not a lot of retail space. Will probably just be your typical small stuff that goes in next to neighborhood supermarkets like Pizza/Asian/Mexican or Nail/Hair and UPS(postal) shops. At least two outparcels for a restaurant or bank I guess.

Yeah, I'm honestly a little shocked they moved it to that corner. I had originally heard it was going to be behind Spinx which made better sense to me but I guess something happened with that plan. I can honestly see the great clips from over by the food lion closing and moving there.
I see pending lease showing for nail salon, liquor store and and pizza on the SVN pdf.
Based on the fact it's the same publix layout as the standing springs location I'm guessing it's the same tenants from over there and we can expect to see a great clips also.
Anyone heard more about the Whataburger situation?
They've selected the locations.. Still got the hangup on Laurens Rd (Not gonna happen).. But.. Nothing has happened, at least with the location in Mauldin.
Anyone seen any movement of any sort at any of the other locations? They didn't specify when they'd open, but said you'd be hearing a lot 'early in the new year'.. We're still 'early' but.. I just thought something would be moving by now.
