According to this:
When Toys R Us moves, the space will be split between TJ Maxx and DSW.
For the former Circuit City space, it will be split between Jo-Ann Fabrics and another tenant (to be determined).
Sounds great! Is this the shopping center beside/behind Haywood Mall, with McAllister's in the parking lot?

The owner says it should be open in 2 or 3 months, according to this article in GSA Business ( http://m.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.gsabusiness.com%2Fnews%2F 43040-charleston-cooks-comes-to-greenville&h=fAQEphW74 - broken link).

That rendering shows Michaels too on the facade. They must be relocating there as well. Nice to see these retailers not flocking to Woodruff Rd. People still live in the city of Greenville afterall. We haven't all moved to the Woodruff Rd Five Forks area.

I still wish they could put a Popeyes Chicken here. They have 2 locations around Columbia, as well as other SC and Atlanta area locations. But they seem to strategically ignore the Greenville-Spartanburg and Charlotte markets.

Metro Burger for old Jack in the Box on Woodruff Road. Sorry to say it is not Panda Express.

These folks? Metro Burger - Akron Ohio Restaurants, Family Dining Downtown Akron

From their website, "Ultra-premium gourmet hamburgers served in a fast-casual, metro-chic atmosphere". If I'm interpreting the website correctly, Greenville is the first location not in Akron, OH (it's the only location under Locations on the website). If it's done well, this could add another good burger joint in town!

Yep...that's them. Looks like they already have their act together better than St. Louis Hamburgers ever did.

I would love this! Mauldin has lots of available space! We have Southwest now I suspect this will bring us some businesses we haven't had before.

I didn't know the Jack in the Box on Woodruff closed too. No great loss if something better goes in there.
