Spinx #209, located at 901 Marue Drive at the intersection of Henrydale Avenue, adjacent to Kmart and Bi-Lo near Greenville Health System's Memorial Medical Campus, is undergoing a replacement. The Sunoco store will make way for a new Spinx store.

Chick Fil A now under construction in Powdersville.
Is it going to take up both of those out lots next to Walmart? Looks like they are leveling both of those lots now.
The QT is coming along pretty quickly. I'll be very glad when the QT opens and hopefully drives the prices down a bit there. The prices just 5 miles up the road are normally over 10 cents cheaper than at the Spinx and 7/11 in Powdersville.
It's only going to take up the one lot closest to QT. I'm not sure what is going at the other.
They would be wise to build a large location with plenty of parking. Based on the business at their store in Easley and at the current fast food competitors on SC 153, that store is likely to be a busy location.
The Zaxby's down the street is frequently full inside, with a full parking lot. I wonder if they will look to relocate the Powdersville Zaxby's once they finish the new Easley store. The construction on that new store is coming along quickly - looks like it will be more than twice the size of the old one.
Mm, PDQ menu looks tasty. I think I'll wait a few months. The new restaurant fever in Greenville is too intense for the first 3 months.
