Not retail or restaurant.. but the old Century Plaza up on Century Dr (by Mackey Mortuary) is being repurposed into a private school.
Remaining tenants are leaving as leases expire. Dan Ryan Homes signed a 3 year lease about a year ago and dumped a ton of money into improving/renting space there. So, figure they're going to be ticked off.

The new Bojangle's is now open on Laurens Rd. First national prototype of new design featuring live biscuit prep window in the kitchen. Very nice building.

I saw them painting and working on the inside shortly after Bojangle's moved out. They may have just been removing their branding, colors etc. from the vacant building since they moved a short distance down. Chains sometimes de-brand like that to eliminate confusion. Guess we will see in time.

Sidewall Pizza owners opening a new BBQ restaurant in TR next to Farmhouse Tacos.
Also opening another Sidewall Pizza location on Pelham Rd between the Bank of America and Wells Fargo, not far from I85.
