Have you had a CBC drawn with differential? I'm assuming that you're not pregnant. Have you been tested for leukemia? That's not meant to scare you, but have to rule out something like that as well.

I had one many years ago and was shocked to find that my body never reached the REM sleep stage. Even though I thought I was getting enough sleep, I really wasn't sleeping at all.
What is the remedy for that?? do you take a sleeping pill? i guess i was wondering if i can test this out myself if you had a natural remedy that i can try on my own.

Oh wow, someone mentioned pregnancy....you don't say how long this has been going on, is it possible? I remember being exhausted in the early weeks of pregnancy.

Agreed. Or cut out the fat to under 10% and eat fruit , honey and mashed potatoes. If you have any oil at all use monounsaturated fats sparingly.

Either one will do. In one case you run unimpeded on fat. Any level of insulin blocks the use of fat stores or saturated fat. When you eat carbs , you have stomped out a bon fire and lit a cigar. Hope you have a box of them and didn't get them wet with oil. Fat tends to block the use of glucose , especially saturated fats.
Now given that glucose must be spared for vital areas during fasting, we are lucky to have this problem, otherwise the muscles would just take it and our brain would flame out. You don't want to mimic a fasting state by eating animal fats while eating starches driving up insulin while most of the body thinks it needs to spare it.

You can do keto.
you can do Ornish
you can do carb cycles
or even food combining.

True. I could not get out of my tracks, my husband could barely wake me from a nap. I didn't know I was pregnant.

I've been using Methyl B12 lozenges for years and just got some liquid B12, 1 tsp per day is 5000mcg...some other health friends claim 10,000mcg per day is what they use and do have more energy.

If I read your diet post right, one cup of coffee is no good IMO.

You need another cup in the afternoon or just give it up entirely.
