Forgive me if this has been mentioned, but Heloise just wrote about using shampoo to clean the soap scum off shower doors. Duh-uh, to think it was right there all the time!
I don't have glass doors now, so haven't tried it, but it used to be one of my toughest problems.

Just reporting in to let you know . . . the warm water worked fine!!! Just cleaned the wall up - it is pristine, no doggie snoozles left . . . and no fading or damage to wallpaper! Thank you for heading me in the right direction . . .

Just got me two old, old Wagner cast-iron fryers, and wonder if anyone has a good, quick way of bringing these back to full cooking usage. I may have to do a wee bit of sanding on one, but then what?

Any ideas? Experience?

Oh - I love cast iron! Are they badly rusted? I use Naval Jelly . . . then you will need to clean well and season them.

One is badly rusted and the other is not rusted much at all. I'll have to get some navel jelly; don't have any here.

How would you clean and season it?

And thanks, anifani821.
