That's a different story.

I'm talking about when someone has a large family room and has all the sofas and chairs up against the walls.

What do you find annoying about other peoples homes?

Nothing about other peoples' homes is annoying to me, it's the people who made them that way that might be annoying. Anything that is annoying about the condition of somebody's house is a reflection of the minds of the people that live in them and how they think, behave and live in their private lives. It tells us things that we either approve or disapprove of about the kinds of people we associate with, and when we visit them our own reactions to how they live tells us things about ourselves as well. Things that we might take for granted about ourselves and not otherwise think about much. What makes us feel happy and healthy. What makes us feel unhappy or angry or ill.

Generally speaking if I visit someone whose house is in some conditions that it makes me unhappy, angry, stressed, revolted, feeling ill or dirty or whatever else that is negative and makes it uncomfortable to be there I won't go back there again. And I usually won't associate much with those people again after that unless it's in some other place like a restaurant or some place in public or at a house party at another person's comfortable home.

Nothing because i don’t judge how people live, i a person’s house is cooler than i like i put on a sweater p, if it’s to hot i step outside for a bit to cool off. I don’t judge people by we’re the live or what they own.

Unless you're tall, I don't know if you can relate to having your legs awkwardly bent or stretched out in front of you. For years I had no idea why I found furniture so uncomfortable and then I met an awesome salesman.

And, no, it doesn't bother me at all to see short people sit on my sofa with their legs dangling.
I'm of average height and my husband is 6'4" so we have to shop carefully for our furniture. The more contemporary lower styles would not work at all. DH has to sit on it and approve of the fit so we could never purchase furniture online. I doubt it's big enough that it would bother a shorter person, but I recently found out that one of our guest beds is too high for those who are shorter. I never even thought of that, I just bought a mattress and frame that works for the room. Next time I'll put a toddler stool nearby.
