While we are still waiting for firm rates, the Facebook post suggest that $55.00 will be the "starting" rate. This leads me to believe that this will be the rate for off times, such as a twilight, weekday rate. My guess is primetime rates will be in the neighborhood of $100.00 for locals and $150.00 for tourists. Keep in mind that RB is a "resort" course, meaning that it comes with amenities not found at the local muni.

At this point, we are all speculating as RB has yet to officially announce rates. We don't even have a firm opening date! I'm anxious to find out and hope that we get concrete news as soon as possible.

Understandable; however, as I have stated over and over again RB will not succeed strictly as a "resort" course especially when players can go a few miles down the road and play Tuscany at half the price should the rates be $100+. Why would I drive all the way there when I can play Paiute-Wolf at $55 weekend prime?

Again, they need to be smart right out of the gate!

I agree. Enjoy the course while its open, which wont be long with those rates, Its not an exceptional course to demand those rates. Locals rates a bit high as well. What a shame.

Default Galleria

Drove Galleria last night from LLV to 95. The road is great and the drive time now to the freeway and Costco is about 15 minutes with only 1 stop sign and 2 lights to contend with. Look forward to the official opening.

Cvent Releases Top 100 Most Popular Meeting Resorts in North America and the Caribbean: Meetings & Conventions

Westin Lake Las Vegas made the top 16 out of 100 for meeting and events.

I'm looking forward to driving on Galleria Parkway. Did they put in a round about where it meets LLV Parkway or just a stop sign?
