In all honesty you would be surprised at the skill level we are held to. It's not as high as you might think. I actually have a higher skill set as I practice as much as I can on my own time and on my own dime. I've seen people that have never even held a gun before let alone fire one qualify during PST. 70% is not that difficult particularly given our less than challenging course of fire.

actually Im no longer surprised at anything.....every since that guy shot up the Federal Court House and they returned fire with 168 rounds and hit him once.....

When I was a kid, if you went rabbit hunting and fired 168 shots, you BETTER come back with 168 rabbits.

As for yesterday, The sheriffs office replied that they cannot file online crime complaints yet and to go to a substation and file one. Husband says he is not going to waste the high deductible on a few dents and doesn't want to report it. I say they can't just get away with doing this to everyone and to go and file a report. Husband says it isn't worth it and we just have to live with it. I then mentally smack him for being so stubborn.
Your husband really is right on this one. The "accident" was on private property so the police will not ticket the other car. Even if the police give you the driver's information, you would have to sue them in small claims court which would be a hassle and is not free. I would look into painless dent repair as you might be able to get it fixed very inexpensively that way.

Hope this helps

Here is my opinion on the whole concealed carry issue. I am all for it for good, law abiding citizens. In fact, it can be beneficial for everyone. Case in point, look at what happened at IHOP yesterday. You cannot open carry in an IHOP. However, imagine if a few people had had concealed guns. They could have stopped this horrible massacre before anyone was killed or injured. All told, 4 people were killed and 7 were wounded in this horrible tragedy.

I think everyone should be made to carry a gun, by law.

I hope you're joking. Have you seen some of the creatures walking around?

I would buy a gun if I could afford it. I would get a concealed permit as well too

Just think, if somebody had been nearby with a gun, they could have stopped Alyssa Otremba's killer

But wouldn't everyone have to be extra careful if they all carried guns.

MY point exactly....the only reason the bangers use em is because they are GUTLESS wonders and need a gun to replace the penis they dont have....

Ive been shooting since i was 10 years old....and i have NEVER turned a gun on its side yet.....

They do a driveby and MAYBE one round hits someone...I personally think we should send em to gun school so they could improve their aim.....
