Im not afraid of you!!! She should listen to his threats.

Desperate people do desperate things. Especially when they feel trapped or that they will lose everything.
I think she should play the game. If she has to be around the jerk, act! Act like your over it, act like its ok, no hard feelings and make a clean friendly break. Be as nice as she can to him and do what you have to do to get away. Then stay away. I know its hard to be nice because your hurt. But Be nice and dont threaten him with anything!!!

I would go to DMV (or whatever they call it over there) and take the proof he is married with and ask them what you have to do to change your id back since your marriage doesnt really exist. Dont mention anything about stickin it to him. If they want you to press charges or anything like that, dont. Tell them you dont want to get involved and want it all to just go away. He is his wifes problem. Not yours.

I dont know if that will work but its worth a shot. Im sure they will be able to tell you what you have to do in order to change your name back.
FIRST......its a 4 yr old post.
SECOND..She will have to prove that she wasnt married....now HOW do you do that?

My wife went thru the same thing....she ultimately had to marry the axle and then divorce him.....there is no "I was never married certificate."

Yes, and we're happy. Look for me usually between Binion's and the Golden Nugget from 8pm until 2am.

The lady in the picture is a fellow street performer. She and her man are musicians, but they haven't been out lately. My sister doesn't accept what I do, but it's none of her business.
Aqua, so glad to hear you're alright. As long as you're happy is all hat matters.

aqualung - nice to correspond with you once again. Is Jethro Tull your favorite band? Do you own a puppy again, or do you still want to? I hope you get the chance again, I remember how you loved them so much. Puppies help us walk through life...happier.

My sister does. She thinks that I'm begging people for money.

Where are you staying and when? It'd be nice to meet you and your lady.

Nice "talking" to you too. Elko. Yup, Jethro Tull is my favorite band. They have a new album out, and they're out on tour. I wish that I could go see them. Yes, I have my girl Queen back with me.

Yes, but I miss Ace and Jackie very much. I haven't seen them for a couple of years, but I know that they went to good homes. Street performing is not all laughs and money, though. Some jerks poured their beer over my right shoulder Friday night from behind. I get people rubbing my stomach and asking when the baby is due all the time. I haven't been full out attacked yet, but I'm sure that it will eventually happen. It's just a matter of time. A guy almost tried to trip me last night by kicking me in the back of the leg. I saw him and he pulled his kick and missed. Jerk.
