Plus, I am a baking fool. If I do not have cookies around, makes me freak out. When people come over to our house, that is the one thing they expect cookies. I have started getting into baking pies, cheese cakes, and special brownies, not a good thing!
"Special Brownies"? Nah you are not old enough.

I'm the same way about books. If I don't have a book or magazine nearby, I get the DT's.

I saw Alice B. Toklas brownies at a Grateful Dead that I went to once. No, I didn't have any. It was still a great concert, I just didn't need the Cheech & Chong moment.

Airics, you can ride on the trails here. Most are open to anyone that wants to go on them. It's just when they connect through neighborhoods, you usually can't go into them. You can do the same in Summerlin. When I lived in The Lakes, I used to ride and walk the trails there by going into one of their small local parks. They have longer trails than Aliante.

Want some brownies that won't make you fat but taste great? Here are 2 recipes:
Take either some fat free brownie mix, or fat free cake mix, I use fat free gluten free. Pumpkin recipe: Mix the brownie or cake mix with a can of pumpkin. Mix well. Spread into a baking pan. Batter will be thick. Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.

Black bean(it tastes like fudge brownies when done) Take 1 can of black beans, with liquid and mix with the brownie or cake mix. Mix well, spread into baking pan, batter will be thick, and bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.
These are both no guilt, but don't eat the whole pan at once.

We do the black bean brownies (an old Weight Watchers recipe). First time I baked them, I could not tell my wife what was in them beacuse she would not have eaten them. After she ate some and said she liked them, I then told her....she just could not believe it.

Just don't pig out on them...they'll make you fart pretty good.

I will have to try those. I will have to do the same thing. Not say a word to anyone what is in them. They probably will not believe me when I do tell them, LOL!
