When I took my drug test, I had allergy medicines I take I told the nurse about it and she said not too worry about, they are only looking for Illegal stuff in its purity. All prescriptions won't show and if the do they will know exactly what it is and they will ask you for a proof of your prescription with your name. That is it. I would say not too worry about and by calling you might come across as if you are scared or worried about something. I hope this helps you
