Your banking on the lirr connecting lines they are 15 years late and 8 billion over budget on the east side access. if they even finish hicksville station they way they planned it will be 1-2 years late and who knows how much$$ over budget.

That's would cost too much money for NYS, but once all the rest of my infrastructure connections are done, in a decade or so Connecticut and Rhode Island will be more than willing to foot the bill.
