It's that they've been told specifically not to enforce when it comes to the homeless.

As you likely know it's not just that the homeless loiter. They are behind the big increase in crime that has risen since Garcetti has been in office.

How's the homeless situation in Sacramento these days?
And there are enough cops to stake out stop signs and hand out tickets for not coming to a complete stop on a hill. If the city has enough officers to do that, they should be redeployed to protecting us from crazy people wandering through our neighborhoods rather than some working stiff who didn't stop completely on a hill to save their brakes or clutch.

I'm sure that nothing has happened which illustrates the fact that this problem can't be solved by the police.

Anyway, let’s get this thread back on topic. Placing blame for the explosion of LA’s homeless squarely where it belongs...on Eric Garcetti.
It's not just Eric Garcetti. Let's get to the real issues. The real issues are judicial activism from communist/socialist agitators about which not too much can be done other than enacting laws to override the courts in the future. As that is not feasible in Sacramento now, we will have to wait until Californians are fed up at last.

The other unspoken issue here is altruism, it's highly destructive nature and the gender divide. Yes the gender divide is an issue because women are more than half of voters. It is the cucked way of thinking that especially women buy into: the notion that no one ought be allowed to fail, the homeless included. This is very damaging to societies. This is precisely the opposite of what happens in nature. Modern day altruists want to use the government to create a world where there are no consequences for truly awful decisions in life.

I never said there is a direct causal link. I explained in general terms, including women's attitudes towards altruism.

Rebut my arguments. Rolling-eyes emojis won't do it. Tell me why I am wrong. I relish the opportunity to deconstruct this destructive altruism we have in our society.

If the government cannot take control, businesses will eventually call in the mob to take care of things.

We all also need C & C.
Unfortunately real estate is out of control so nobody can afford to live in Coto de Caza. I'm half Swedish and know people there. They have no go zones that Swedes can't even enter.

I think gun buying is going to go way up here. If people can't count on cops there going to protect themselves

Gated communities are the future. Yes, Sweden has terrible problems because of the migrants (especially, but not limited to, Malmo), not in its own population.

If I had a dollar for every car that blasted through stop signs.

The issue is generations in the making. It's the byproduct of a failed system. No idea what could fix it.

One side wants compassion, the other a gestapo-esque clean up..

It's something people are afraid to touch.
