Yeah and they aren’t stealing those shopping carts ... just .. borrowing and repurposing them .

I’m surprised our great leaders haven’t given out free shopping carts to the homeless .

They could put their faces and campaign slogans on them !

Lol. You do understand building trades are trades right? Requiring experience and training. You think hiring a bunch of homeless and giving the saws and hammers is somehow getting them to build houses is going to cure the homeless issue? Yeah good plan there chief.
