Well, you could come visit me in NC.. .we finally got rid of that unseasonal stuff... Not Maine temps, but the high today only got to the high 50s and it's supposed to push close to freezing, even here at the coast, tonight.
It's been highs in the 60s and lows in the 40s for a week... looks like that for next week too, except for a threat of low 70s mid-week. I've had to break out the propane heaters a bit now and then and am glad for the furry organic heaters on the bed at night...
wow....just got back from Eastport, the Jeep says 38 and it's pretty windy today, BUT the sky is bright blue, it's high tide, the water has little white caps with a deep dark blue color and the air smells great! oh, I wonder what the Eastport link looks like? hmmmm....never mind! it's not on

Hey MM!! I'm so glad you popped in! you'll love it here How are things in your part of New England?
Well, I tend to keep out of politics, mind my own business and lead a happy, busy life. Economy wise, its pretty much the same as anywhere, prices on everything keep going up, salaries and working wages crawl up.
I usually hang around Community Chat / Other topics, Mass. bores me. Thanks for the welcome Molly, Mesina! I'll familiarize myself by reading around here in the Maine forums over the next couple days.
It's just unreal to see that we are 45 degrees warmer here than you are up there! Is there anywhere hotter?
Yup- here in Phoenix!!
