$4.69 at the Dedham Costco. And if the lines are any indication that is a good price.

Hopefully there will be some demand erosion. Probably not. I remember buying a car after the last gas price blip and people looked at me like I was an alien when I was still concerned about fuel efficiency.

I think a mod needs to change the title to $5 gas.

I am hoping $5 gas will reduce the number of NY, CT, NJ and PA cars coming up into this area but I'm not holding my breath.

How many people do you think live within their means, without floating their lives on credit? That only lasts so long.

I was just thinking the same thing as I clicked on this thread again.

$5.09 yesterday. About $80ish to fill my tank.

I did a track event yesterday and the car I was driving had a full tank of gas in it, with the low fuel light on and 43 miles to empty. I got a chuckle out of that.

Might as well get ahead of things and change the title to $6. We’re going to be there by August.

$5.09 in a couple places in Worcester, but $4.79 at BJ's.
Of course it's nothing to see CT and RI plates here anyway.
