Ohio drinks 30.1 gallons of beer per capita (21+) per year, Mass only 26 g/pp/yr. Mass is lower than the US average of 28.2.
Indiana is a little lower at 25.9 g/pp/yr.

Never in my life had I heard that they had to check the toilet paper rolls in public bathrooms for discarded needles.

My point is, they say you can’t go home again, and I think it’s true.

Even in more affluent areas you can see drug use. Northampton City Hall has needle disposal areas in their public bathrooms.
